Get Involved

Public involvement activities for Kirkwood Vision Zero began in July and have included:
  • a virtual public meeting  (89 participants),
  • community survey  (395 participants),
  • tabling at (4) local events, and
  • opportunities to offer feedback on demonstration projects.

Thanks to everyone who has participated.  Your input is a very useful complement to our crash data analysis and is helping us understand community preferences around potential solutions.

Follow the work of theVision Zero Steering Committee:  Shaping the Plan

Public input for Vision Zero is important to create a plan that supports safer transportation and reflects community priorities. Residents, businesses, and others are encouraged to get involved.
The Vision Zero Steering Committee is working closely with the project team to provide a community perspective on safety issues, potential solutions, and on best ways to engage the community.
